Service Description

To honor the Waseca Sleigh and Cutter Festival's support of local children's programs, we are offering a FREE CHILDREN'S class on how to make tissue paper flowers. Perfect spring gifts for family and friends! If parents (or adults) would like to participate, a donation of $20 is encouraged.
