Service Description

To honor the Waseca Sleigh and Cutter Festival's support of local children's programs, we are offering a FREE CHILDREN'S class on drawing horses and coloring them in with chalk pastels. If parents (or adults) would like to participate, a donation of $20 is encouraged.
